The link is not up yet, but a few minutes ago Trump was interviewed by Sean Hannity who asked him to clarify his remarks about the NC transgender law. Trump basically said NC is feeling the pinch of a boycott and that's too bad. Hannity asked him how he thought the issue should be settled. Trump said it was a local issue and the Federal courts should never get involved. That's all he said about it. Hannity didn't ask him did he personally think drag queens should be allowed in whatever bathroom they want to use. But I did hear a spokesman for Trump say today in the Matt Lauer interview he was referring to someone who has went to court and had their sex changed on legal documents, as in after they have a sex change. I would suspect Trump will clarify what he meant in the NBC interview in a statement. When the Hannity interview is available I'll post it.
If he knew the psychological background I know, Trump would call for psychological counseling for Autogynephilia.
What can a president do without a congress?
IF he knew his ass from a hole in the ground he would not have criticized North Carolina for passing common sense laws that protect women from predators and perverts. But alas, he doesn't.

In the Hannity interview tonight he said it was a states issue and something that the Federal Government has no place to make with law. All Trump said is that he would have liked South Carolina to keep their law where it was where crossed dressed men, if they happened to go into a women’s rest room, would be open for exhibitionism if they exposed their private parts. As for dressing rooms and showers, they would have to go into the men’s facilities until they had the complete medical transformation. If they went into a woman’s dressing room or a shower, under the existing laws, they would be arrested for exhibitionism, convicted of a sex crime and have on their record as a sexual offender. That my FRiend does not look good if you want a job or want to keep your job.
If these cross-dressers have had the complete sex change procedure, they could then be able to use the dressing rooms and showers for women, without being considered unlawful exhibitionists.
In my opinion, a person spending the huge cost for a sex change is making a huge mistake. These cross-dressers seeking a sex change would be better undergoing psychiatric counseling for the mental illness—Autogynephilia—rather than undergoing the pain, costs and inconvenience.

It was North Carolina, not South Carolina and all the North Carolina legislature did was to undo an illegal law in Charlotte that forced businesses to allow men into women’s bathrooms based only on their identity (not the way they were dressed). It had nothing to do with cross dressers. The law in North Carolina was that it was illegal for men to enter into women’s bathrooms and Charlotte violated State law by forcing businesses to ignore the state law. The Legislature then passed a law prohibiting cities from passing ordinances that violated State law.
But Trump criticized North Carolina and ignorantly stated that they should have left the law in place. He had no clue about what went on in North Carolina and he promoted the idea that people should be able to go to any bathroom that they want. Then later when he was caught with his pants down, he tried to claim it was a “State issue”. But he had already criticized North Carolina for exercising their states rights.

If they did what they do to my nephew to me, there would be sexual harassment suits left and right. But the owner is gay. I am telling you, if it were me I'd be keeping a diary. I'm talking about pinching bottoms, that type of thing. Nothing like rape or attempted rape. The Democrats in my state are pushing for laws allowing these transgendered men into women’s dressing rooms and showers. It would be tolerable if these men had the complete sexual transformation. However, a drag queen is not a woman and should be arrested for sexual exhibitionism if he prances into a woman’s dressing room and exposes his private parts to change into his gym clothing. He should also be arrested for voyeurism to be able to watch women do the same. With the technology available, video recordings would be certain to happen. That is because these men-who-claimed-to-be-women will tell you that they found women sexually attractive and that they saw themselves as “lesbians.”
This is actually a mental illness. One group consists of conflicted and guilt-ridden homosexual men who saw a sex-change as a way to resolve their conflicts over homosexuality by allowing them to behave sexually as females with men. The other group, mostly older men, consists of heterosexual (and some bisexual) males who found intense sexual arousal in cross-dressing as females. That form of sexual misdirection is called “autogynephilia.” In both cases, to provide a surgical alteration to the body of these men is to collaborate with a mental disorder rather than to treat it. The same goes to for making special accommodations in restroom, changing rooms and showers. There should be no such accommodations and the laws for exhibitionism and voyeurism should apply.
