The issue is whether a child molester would lie about being transsexual in order to get easy access, or whether your standard perv would lie in order to watch women in a locker room.
Once trannies are a protected class that cannot be removed, then anyone can claim to be a tranny. Point in case, how do you prevent a guy from standing around in a bathroom, locker room. Or shower area if trannies have a right to be there and he says he’s a tranny?
