Wednesday night on CNN, political commentator Bob Beckel said that Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton could beat Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump even if she ends up in prison as a result of the FBI investigation into her handling of classified material on an unsecured email server in her home, during her tenure as secretary of state.

Beckel said “In the end, the best-selling Halloween mask this October will be Donald Trump’s face. You go onto a college campus and mention Donald Trump, and people flee for the wood work. Remind me I said this. She will crush him. I mean she could crush him from jail.”

Well, Bob, if (and that's a big if) what you say is true, what does that say about the portion of the electorate that would vote for her? They don't care she is a criminal? They don't care about right and wrong, as long as they ‘win’ and put into office someone who will given them stuff and screw over the people they don't like? The sad truth is that this speaks volumes about the ethics of the left, Bob, and is why Marion Barry could win re-election after his release from prison. Likely, if his conviction hadn't precluded him from being on the ballot, he would have won mayoral re-election from prison. That, my delusional and resentment-driven friend, is not something you should be proud of when speaking about your political fellow travelers.

All you Trump worshipers are set up for one huge disappointment, but it isn’t because Fritz Mondale’s campaign manager says so. Trump will not take Rhode Island, Vermont, California, New York, etc. I will be shocked if he gets as many electoral votes as Romney did in ‘12. I wish I saw differently, and will of course vote for Trump, but I don’t believe this novice will be elected. I believe Hillary will be worse than Obama’s third term, and we will regret her election greatly.
