Good Lord! I take some pills because I am allegeric to the aspirin which would take care of the overall health issue. I resent those relatively few but now I will be grateful that it is not more. Thanks for sharing and putting things in perspective.

I worked in Harlem throughout the 90s. I remember several churches that previously had been synagogues as attested by carvings in the stone edifices.
Harlem itself was once an Italian & Jewish neighbothood.
