No, I have Comcast. Just got their new router/modem combo a few months ago because they told me I had to. Worked for a while, but it’s been a total pain the past few days. Have to take it in and exchange it for a new one (so the Customer Service Rep told me). When the internet goes out, so does my land line, which isn’t a huge deal b/c it’s mostly telemarketers that call me on it, except for family that can’t get me on my cell, but it’s the principle of it and the fact that I’m paying a lot for both and they should work at least 99.5% of the time.
Have them check the box in the garage. That is where my problem was.
