I’ve seen tornadoes that don’t twist as much as you just did with that response. Let’s remind you again, it was Dubya that appointed Roberts. If you’re going to hold a person accountable for appointments, it falls with the President. If President Cruz appoints a Roberts, Kennedy, O’Connor, Stevens or the like, that’s when you can hold him accountable. The rest is a ludicrous overreach.
