I wasn’t aware that Sen. Cruz, who was not even a Senator during the confirmation hearings, was solely responsible for all of John Roberts’s actions, rulings, et al. Well, guess what ? By that reckoning, you’ve just argued that Reagan was unfit for office. Why ?
