The pathological comment about Carson was slander in my opinion
The “worst liar” comment against Cruz is slanderous because Trump is close friends with Bill and Hillary Clinton.
Both of those people are liars of an exponential character that defies imagination.
Carson HIMSELF referred to himself as having a pathological temper.
"He wrote a book and in the book, he said terrible things about himself," Trump said of Carson. "He said that he's pathological and he's got basically pathological disease ... I don't want a person that's got pathological disease."
