A Constitutional lawyer, and former Solicitor General not suing for slander.....hmmmm........

Carson HIMSELF referred to himself as having a pathological temper.

"He wrote a book and in the book, he said terrible things about himself," Trump said of Carson. "He said that he's pathological and he's got basically pathological disease ... I don't want a person that's got pathological disease."

Biggest liar -- Cruz v. Clinton. Subjective assessments (honest opinions) are not considered slander

"Once again, defamation is a false statement of fact. For this reason, a statement of opinion cannot be defamatory." http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/privileges-defenses-defamation-cases.html

Care to try again????

I think I am right.

Trump bullies people with lawsuits.

I don’t respect that kind of billionaire style of ruling others.

Slandering them and knowing that slander is an opinion doesn’t change my view.

What trump does slandering conservatives while letting people like Hillary pass with his admiration that she “would make a good president” is absurd.
