NASHVILLE — Dozens of undocumented immigrant students from Chattanooga and other parts of Tennessee rallied Tuesday at the state Legislature and spoke with House members in hopes of reviving stalled legislation that would let them pay in-state tuition rates to attend public colleges and universities.
The bill failed last year in the House by a single vote after passing the Senate overwhelmingly.

Sen. Todd Gardenhire, R-Chattanooga, who sponsored the Senate bill and passed it overwhelmingly last year, said, "I'm hoping they bring it out. Let's have a vote one way or the other."
Earlier this year, Gardenhire said he was concerned the House bill could face more problems due to anti-immigrant sentiment stirred up by GOP presidential hopeful Donald Trump.

They are from another culture. One that is uncivilized compared to our own and they bring it with them.
They are not entitled to a say. If they are their say is not hospitable to any of us who have one cent more than they do because it is their intent to take all they can.
Choice one: Live in crushing poverty and ignorance and try to change it.
Choice two: Go to a better place where you are given more than you already have.
If you get a vote which would you choose? Giving these people any say at all is the same as giving them the keys to your house. They will take all they can for as long as they can and that will be until your house is empty and destroyed.
They have been given the keys to the house already. They assemble with no fear of retribution at all.
In my world they would be gunned down as invaders. You really would not have to kill that many to stop the invasion. Of course I am being ridiculous but only because it will not happen.

That’s the problem, we’re waiting for a White Knight to come and save us. We have been invaded. We only need to trace the problem back to the source. Who is funding this continual agitation? Skipping your question about whether I’m freakin’ nuts, I’d say that the entire population of a state will collectively take out no more money than they put in.
So, are the Italians, the Blacks, the Indians, the Muslims, the Whites, the legal Hispanics, the illegal Hispanics, paying in as much as they get out? Those that aren’t are being propped up by those that are.
