The appeals court ruling is against Obama; a SCOTUS tie means Obama loses. Normally I would expect the four hard left “justices” to ignore the Constitution. If they think one of the somewhat objective justices will vote to overturn the appellate court, they will vote to overturn en bloc. If the leftists know or think the semi-free’s will all vote to sustain, some of them might vote to sustain, out of fear of a future President Trump. My guess: major Obama loss, possibly even unanimous.
This law means nothing. He is importing thousands of invaders by the day here. He is even sending planes to pick them up.
It would seem to me that the case is a simple one. When the executive branch refuses to enforce duly enacted laws, it effectively makes law. This violates separation of powers, and by-passes the will of the people. It is the very definition of disenfranchisement.

Even with Scalia this would have gone Obama’s way. Remember that Kennedy sided with the commies in torpedoing Arizona’s SB1070 and committing treason. It will be 5-3 in favor of DACA, and then Obama will immediately expand it to EVERY SINGLE illegal in America.
Short version: 4-4. Obama continues to do what he wants.
