Democratic strategist Harlan Hill told Neil Cavuto today that up to 40% of Bernie Sanders supporters will cross over to Donald Trump if Bernie is eliminated.
Harlan Hill: Almost 40% of Bernie Sanders supporters say they will not support Hillary Clinton in the general election. And I expect that number to grow.
Neil Cavuto: Alright, will where will they go?
Harlan Hill: Well, I think they will either stay home or they will cross over.
Neil Cavuto: Who will they cross over to?
Harlan Hill: Donald Trump. That’s it. They’re not going to vote for Ted Cruz… I think that there is common ground that if Donald Trump plays his cards right he could appeal to a lot of Democrats.

That’s probably the most damning statement one could make about Trump and his policies, that they would attract the same demographic that is attracted to socialism.
This has been noted for months now. Also the higher number of Blacks that will crossover and vote for Trump. Trump will clean Hillary’s clock in a general election vote.
I agree. All our D friends (save one) support Bernie the Red instead of Hillary the Red Liar.
And they all say they would either vote for DT or stay home, but NEVER vote for Hillary.
The D party bosses had better figure out a more saleable candidate than Hillary, or else they will have to RELY on the GOP-e throwing another election (yes, I know.. it sure looks like that’s a good bet for a third time in a row, alas!)
What would Sanders’s supporters see in Trump that would make them vote for him?
I’m sort of one of those. I’m not registered yet, but deciding between registering Dem and voting for Bernie, or Repub and voting for Trump. No, I don’t agree with Bernie on anything ideologically, but like Trump, I’m confident that he’s going to do what he thinks is best for the American people, not for the special interests and lobbyists, and that to me is more important than anything else.

Most of Bernie’s support is young kids looking for a way out of the screw job the uniparty is putting on the country. Very few are pro-trump but almost all are anti-hillery. If Dems want to protest vote against the corupt clintons I think that’s awesome for our side.
Watched a few minutes of the rat debate last night and Hilda beast was screeching in an ugly and vindictive manner as if she was mad at the world. With her political savvy I doubt if she can win 100 electoral votes.

I don’t think it’s as much about socialism as it is with ending the corruption in our government and bad trade deals. Sure, a lot of sanders supports want free stuff, but Trump and Sanders actuslly agree on the horrible trade deals and the FED.
I know we are conservatives here, but I don’t mind support from people in other parties. People change, and as long as they all have our country’s best interest at heart, then we are all in this together.
They’re ideologues. They would rather have socialism than vengeance (or they wouldn’t have been supporting Bernie to begin with.) It’s a dream to think they’d ever vote for a Republican.
