What would Sanders’s supporters see in Trump that would make them vote for him?

They might see a candidate untethered to he established two party order.
Really, though, lots of Sanders supporters aren’t terribly logical and who knows what they’ll do?

Here’s a sign one was carrying today:
“IT’S EASIER TO BUY A GUN THAN MY EDUCATION.”

It is hard to pack more illogic into 9 words than that kid managed to do.

F$&@ the establishment

And his moderate views on subjects like abortion and gay marriage that will never attract a moderate or liberal or most independents to vote for Cruz which is why he would never get elected as president

Plus I think trump is a stong male figure to people who never had but crave such a thing.

Bernie is the anti establishment candidate on the left. He has run his campaign as an outsider. Trump is anti establishment who is self funding his campaign. Both are not beholden to thier parties or special interests.

Trump recently began mentioning that he and Sanders are the only two outsider candidates. Both are painting an image of being screwed over by thier respective parties.

Trump is trying to pick up as many disenfranchised voters on the left as he can in the general election. It appears it’s working.

The GOPe hates the fact that Trump is the front runner. The can’t control him. They also hate Cruz, however they can use Cruz to bring Trump to heal. They also hate the conservative wing of the party. By sending Cruz out to “steal” delegates puts pressure on Trump. They want to control him. They also want to marginalize the conservative wing of the party.

If Trump can prove he can win without the right wing of the party then Cruz will be tossed overboard.
