Because the news in PA is filled with stories of how the statue is coming back, that’s why.

No, it isn't.

Here’s a recent story on the subject:

That story is two months old and appears on Penn Live, which is the webpage of the Harrisburg Patriot News. Nobody at University Park or State College, PA reads that blog, it's even less read in Pittsburgh.

Till the the Trump mention, literally nobody in PA was talking about this.

The news stories about the statue have been consistently appearing since 2012. That’s a fact. Anyone can fact check that and see for themselves.

One only needs to search “Return of Joe Paterno Statue” and stories pop up from Foxnews stations to the LA Times, from UsaToday to CNN.

I have a search list up right now that has page after page of news stories about return of the statue, The subject is well-known to Pennsylvanians.

It’s been on my local news in PA several times recently, news watch 16 and others, it might not have been as prevalent in national news though. Either way, I immediately new what he meant...I highly doubt he was intending on resurrecting Joes body and performing some sort of Frankenstein experiment on it.

Actually, why am I even talking about this, it’s such a ridiculous conversation to be having when we have much bigger issues in this country...
