Sen. Ted Cruz’s hopes for winning the Republican presidential nomination outright have faded, and he has shifted to a strategy of gaming the rules, angling to send enough double-agent delegates to the July convention to snatch victory from front-runner Donald Trump.
It’s a major reversal for Mr. Cruz, who just weeks ago insisted he would win the 1,237 delegates needed to clinch the nomination before the convention. But major wins in Utah, Wisconsin and Colorado have not closed the gap, with a series of East Coast primaries looming.
Now the best option for the senator from Texas is trench warfare at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland.

This is not happening to you, sport. It is happening only to TRUMP supporters on the ground with this litmus test thing going on.
This has nothing to do with persuasion or favors, this litmus test sets frauds in positions of TRUMP delegates.
It stinks and it will be addressed, eventually.
Hopefully, these Cruz agents posing as TRUMP supporters will be ejected from the Convention. There is time.

I think our founding fathers knew what they were doing when they wrote Article I, 2, 5 into the constitution. We ignored it once, maybe we should not ignore it again!
No. I'm a realist. Despite all of the tough talk and wishful thinking we all know that neither Cruz or Trump was going to blow up the RNC. Everybody bows down and kisses the ring.
Trump supporters are in search of utopia. And they won't find it. Suppose Trump gets the nomination and becomes the 'standard bearer' of the party. What do you think is going to happen? You think there's going to be some throwback to the Saturday Night Massacre and all of those 'establishment elites' will be thrown out in favor of young Turks?
I don't think so. Trump will be consumed by the GOP establishment, smile and take their money. If his campaign is any indication he will be even more beholden to them than Cruz ever would be. The only difference is they went to Cruz first. Trump will not be funding a multi hundred million dollar general election campaign on his own.
So Cruz is a fighter. Fantastic. And Trump stand around and whines while Cruz seats his delegates for him.

Latest poll numbers for N.Y., Pa., Ct, New Jersey, Delaware,and Maryland, all of which Trump is leading by MASSIVE amounts, alone, gives him 6 of such states. Then there is Florida, both of the Carolinas, Mass.; which is TEN such states alone! And there ARE others.
So stick your "hopes" where the sun don't shine. Trump has this and the 1237!
