I don't blame Priebus at all here. Trump really needs to watch what he says.

Trump is running for the nomination of the Republican party. His percentage of delegates is substantially larger than the percentage of votes he won. And if he's the nominee, part of his job is helping down ticket candidates.

Blasting the entire Republican party as crooked is going to damage other Republican candidates in the general election. Not only is that extraordinarily bad for him personally if he wins the nomination, but it will cause a lot of damage even if he doesn't.

He still hasn't learned that a scorched-earth primary campaign is ultimately counter-productive. Even if you win, you will have alienated so many people that you will have screwed yourself for the general election. He just doesn't seem to understand that making more moderate statements and appearing more Presidential will actually win him more votes. This constant complaining and slamming of the party itself is making his own nomination less likely.

Either he's too dumb to see that or he simply can't control his own mouth.

Good. I will not vote for anyone who endorses someone other than Trump, and that includes our soon-to-be-former Senator Portman. Any Republican who doesn't want to be damaged goods can endorse Trump, or they're part of the problem.

Oh, good. More advice for Trump from those who didn’t support him in the first place.

You are blaming Trump for calling out the GOP because it will hurt the GOP. Why do you not similarly call out the GOP for causing the issue in the first place?

Similarly, why do you not also identify the "Never Trump" movement in the GOP as being equally damaging, should Trump get the nomination, and only slightly less damaging if he does not?

“Blasting the entire Republican party as crooked is going to damage other Republican candidates in the general election.”

The entire Republican Party *is* corrupt. How else do you account for them selecting a contemptible craven like the Preinces to “lead” them?

The Republicans would have had the November election in the bag a month or two ago if they had just held their nose, and gone with Trump - like they tell us to do every four years in November.

But, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

I have no sympathy. Burn it all down.

Oh jeez, that’s quite a stretch.

Nice fantasy you lay out there - doesn’t comport with reality.
