Heidi Cruz is silent no more.
Talking to Fox News' Megyn Kelly Tuesday night, the wife of Texas Sen. Ted Cruz spoke out for the first time about the National Enquirer story alleging her husband engaged in affairs with five different women. In the interview, Mrs. Cruz called the report "garbage" and accused Donald Trump of planting the story.
"It's garbage. It's just garbage," she said on "The Kelly File." "This is another example of Donald Trump engaging in the politics of personal destruction, using his henchmen to go out and try to destroy others when he is losing. And I think these silly barbs and made up stories did not come out earlier in the campaign because he felt he was doing ok."

I agree Cruz has lost his way in this.
He was fine when he was running for president. Now he is trying to play ‘Who wants to be America’s next President’, and he should have never signed on to play that game. And the two of them just look stupid.
We went from a can’t-lose election to a can’t-win election in a couple months.
