All gubmint universities need to be scaled down to just Business/Economics, Engineering, and Physical and Biological Sciences. Rest of the useless departments need to take a hike or raise money on their own. Way too many “sociology” and “arts and music” graduates wasting tax payers’ money.
How are you going to do Business, Econ, Engineering and Physical and Biological Science without Mathematics, Computer Science and Statistics Departments?
For Pete’s sake can’t we keep basket weaving around for nostalgia?
