I guess from now on the Constitution means whatever the uniparty wants it to mean. We not longer live in a constitutional republic. We, like Mexico, are ruled by a privileged oligarchy. Welcome to post constitutional America, thank you Ted Cruz.
Ted Cruz didn’t issue the rulings on his eligibility, judges and state election boards did.
Like any other person, Ted Cruz has the right to test via the judiciary a legal theory: that anyone who qualifies as a Citizen Of the United States at Birth is also a natural born citizen. Thus far the courts have agreed with him.
There will be more legal challenges to come.
