It’s a play on the (dime cheap) Prime Minister of Canada, but it also touches on both his inner Elmer Gantry, and the Dominionist undercurrent.
Well, it’s a spiritual menace. The devil offered Jesus everything he owned in exchange for getting kudos from Jesus, who said no deal.
He knew there was a salvation schedule. Our current situation is not a dominion situation, it is a spoils situation. We get some things that had been claimed by the world, but not all of them yet. If we were given the whole world at this time we wouldn’t even know what to do with it.
