It is not something I am comfortable with but... in the video of the service another preacher and Cruz Sr explain to their rapt congregation (and my slack jawed face) that there are Kings established whose role is to go out and take the wealth from those who control it and bring it back to the priests to distribute it.

Ted Cruz is specifically discussed as having been destined to be a King since he was 4 years old and according to his Dad he is committed to seizing the wealth..as above..and this will be soon because it is the end of times. He is present at the time. You-tube has several such videos. I don't want to watch them again to confirm which is the one I watched but these should cover the ground.
