Best I can tell Rule 4 only applies to election of the Chairman. The speculation in the GP article gives NO evidence that voting must be by standing vote foe delegates, or that the caucus does not have the authority to vote for having a secret ballot for delegates.
Bottom line is this is more whining and unfounded slander by Trumpets such as GP.
Trumpers are in a frenzy over trump, and are afraid their movement will come to an end. Cruz, if elected, is as much a threat to the progressives as Trump. Notice most liberals are on Trump’s side hoping he gets the nomination.
