A lot of the money that he obtained through this corruption went to three “non-profits” founded by him (which never did any work, from what can be determined) but which were actually a means for collecting funds for his - brace yourself - run for President. Wow, completely in the tradition of one William Magear "Boss" Tweed and what he did when running New York City's infamous Tammany Hall between 1853 and 1871. One wonders did the Clinton Foundation model itself based on the way Tammany Hall worked during Tweed's time.
