GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. - The Colorado GOP is getting some backlash after someone with access to the party's Twitter account posted, and quickly deleted, the following message: "We did it. #NeverTrump."
No you would rather lose and you will.
Better to lose with a liberty loving candidate then to win with a liberal new yorker.
There was nothing preventing voters from showing up at the caucuses.
The state of Colorado didn’t like paying for primary elections for the private political parties, so they encouraged them to have caucuses. Nothing prevented any voter from going to the caucus.
Go back to lurken’, your posten’ is a weak disguise for support for a guy that is selling his booty to the gope, only to have them come back and get him with a lousiville slugger. Dumbass canuck.
LOL. Nobody ever went broke underestimating the gullibility of Trump believers.
Cruz cozied up to queer millionares in NYC begging for their money. He went to their house, two men that wanted to “get married” and assured them if he was elected president he would do nothing to stop “marriage equality”. Told them how many queer friends he had in college and their lifestyle didn’t bother him in the least.
Still think you’re electing your leaders? LOLOL!! Its a rigged game.
Come to Oregon.
That’s really bad. That’s really corrupt.
But who will fight this? No one.
rotfindogshityouarrogantasshole.
Dishonest Don will cry the blues,
Cause he’s gonna lose to Cruz!
Nothing to preven a meteor from falling on their meeting either but it didn't happen. What they did happened to all of us.
Well, I’m not sure what occurred in CO can be described as either a caucus or a primary, at least not like in any other state. Soothing Dave said they had a caucus there, so I may be mistaken on that point.
I do know this: I heard a caller call in to Levin’s radio show a while ago, I think back in Early March, asking for help in voting in CO. She was confused by the process, at a certain point saying (as best I can remember), “I think we are going in to vote for someone who will then vote for the candidate I want”, but she said she was confused by this process.
What she was describing sounded a lot like a primary to me, so I didn’t put much thought into it until this whole brouhaha occurred. The take home message is though that the people of CO did indeed have an opportunity to vote but the process seems murky at best and more detached from the actual will of the voter than other states.
But again that’s the process that the CO GOP chose, and it was in place for months before. Cruz’s team knew enough about it to exploit it. It’s not any different than a team behind in a basketball game committing fouls to stop the clock in a hope that by stopping the clock and getting the ball back after the free throw attempts, they may be able to catch up with enough quick breaks or 3 pointers. It’s not considered “abuse”’of any rule to do that. The same logic applies in this case.
ZOMBIE
Do you have evidence to the contrary?
Yeah, I bet you voted for McCain and Romney too, a couple solid conservatives there.
