Full Title: Donald Trump did not vote in a primary election for 21 years (so why does he interested in politics now?)
To: Oldeconomybuyer
He knew Ted Cruz would steal his vote.

You could count the competitive primaries on two hands.

I have it on sterling authority that Donald Trump also left the toilet seat up one time a number of years ago, leading to a very awkward experience for Marla.

George Bush voted Republican all his life, and what did that give us???

In other words, a fairly normal human being.

He voted for McCain in 2008 and for Romney in 2012 and saw that was useless
So that is why he decided to run and try and change things himself
A lot of people blow off primaries for many reasons, like its a given who is gonna win
its a pretty meaningless question at this point

I thought people in the UK spoke English, I guess not due to the title.

I didn’t vote in a primary for the first twenty years I voted (I didn’t choose a party affiliation, either). So, on what basis should I condemn Trump for not voting in a primary? As we’re seeing in this election season, it’s not like the primaries matter. The electorate isn’t getting their choice anyway, in some cases.

In NYS or NYC it has NOT mattered by the time our primary rolls around. It is always a done deal. Why vote?
THIS is the first year in decades that we have a voice. Or, do we?

Now TedCruz probably voted in every primary
He comes from a long line of voters
Both of his parents are on a 1974 list of Canadian voters

What you're telling me is that he was not voting for Dems.
What you left out is that he registered as a Repub from 1987-1999.

Anti-Trump FUBAR Junk by the Brits!
Brits need to be careful to stay out of American Politics, even if their stories are true.
American Press has this responsibility, not the Brits.
Let them fail if that is what they are going to do.
