To: Oldeconomybuyer

I didn’t vote in a primary for the first twenty years I voted (I didn’t choose a party affiliation, either). So, on what basis should I condemn Trump for not voting in a primary? As we’re seeing in this election season, it’s not like the primaries matter. The electorate isn’t getting their choice anyway, in some cases.

But you’re not running for president as a republican, and probably haven’t donated to democrats for decades.
