If Cruz is the Nominee (extremely unlikely) then in October a single liberal federal judge will grant an injunction keeping him off the ballot in November. The USSC is locked at 4-4, so Hillary runs unopposed. The odds of this are 100 percent.

No judge can issue an injunction to keep a candidate off the ballot except in a single state.
There were scores of attempts to get injunctions to keep Obama off the ballot in many states, they all failed.
A higher court can always lift an injunction.
So you’re accusing citizens who have filed lawsuits against Senator Cruz at the state level to keep him off states’ ballots of “political posturing?”
