So you’re accusing citizens who have filed lawsuits against Senator Cruz at the state level to keep him off states’ ballots of “political posturing?”
Not at all. The State Courts have no incentive to knock out Cruz this early, which is why its either a technically or such a bad legal ruling its worthless. The only ones that matter are the Federal courts and they have a ton of Hillary supporters in them. They get Jurisdiction if and when Cruz is the Nominee. Its the political hacks in the State Judiciary doing the theatrics for now.
