If FBI Director James Comey feels no deadline pressure to wrap up the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s e-mail server, he should.
“The urgency is to do it well and promptly. And ‘well’ comes first,” Comey told local law enforcement agents in Buffalo on Monday, according to the Niagara Gazette.
“Well” is important. But so is “promptly,” and the FBI’s definition of that is unclear.
The probe, underway for a year now, addresses a fundamental question: Did Clinton intentionally or recklessly forward classified information in a way that put the country at risk?
Getting the answer sooner rather than later seems only fair.

Does the answer lie in the statute of limitations on her possible crimes?

Let me present a wild idea of what might be happening:
1. Hillary is guilty as sin and must be indicted.
2. If Hillary drops her candidacy before the convention Bernie gets the nomination.
3. Hillary will probably win nomination and can pick a VP with experience say a governor or Senator.
4. Immediately after the convention Hillary resigns due to health reasons the chosen VP then takes the top slot and chooses a popular VP candidate.
This is probably the only way to keep Bernie out.
The need to wait for the next president, Trump! to prosecute, other wise she will get off Scott free.

I think you are right. I think Hillary knows she wont be president and it is all about keeping the presidency out of the republican hands. the party insiders know that neither Hillary or Bernie can win so they will have her win the primary and resign shortly after the convention. the E-mail scandal will be delayed till after the election and Obama will pardon her after the election.

Every poll has Sanders beating Trump or Cruz. Now we can hope the exposure pf a general election exposes him but as of now hes the stronger candidate on the left.
