That is because of NY city, but upstate is conservative.

The State has a GOP legislative or at least it did for quite a while.

It is a closed Primary.

So what? Did you see how well Trump did in the Florida and Arizona CLOSED primaries? Some of his best margins in the nation.

NY voter registration is stagnant.

That doesn't necessarily mean anything. Someone pointed out that it's harder to register in NY than in other states. Besides, there's no sign of any momentum in NY for sleazy Lyin' Ted. The Cruz lovers are feeling smug today but they forget that Cruz had everything going for him in WI - it's actually a marvel he didn't do better than he did, all considered. Cruz will be the total outsider in NY and his vicious railing against New Yorkers won't be quickly forgotten.

If anybody loves the cocktail gay party circuit it would be the Donald.

Where is Cruz's left hand in that picture? He sure looks mighty happy.

Trump winning 22 states and the most delegates. Cruz winning 10 contests and lower delegates.

LOL! Thank you for making my point.

Trump supporters brag about "winning" - not about Trump's commitment to the Constitution and limited government. Because Donnie-come-lateley's conservative credentials ain't nothing to brag about.

Anyone who polls high in NY, NJ, etc. is who I DON’T want.

With Christie’s help, NJ should be a landslide for the Donald.

Trumps immigration policies, his trade policies, his economic policies are conservative. Sorry back to the sinking Cruz ship for you.

Exactly, that is why Trump will win upstate New York

My family up in Upstate are all for Trump and many people are.

They are sick of “business as usual” in DC

Will Trump drop out?

I like your sense of humor! The fact is that there is absolutely no state that Cruz would less like to have next on the calendar than NY (and I mean out of all 50!) Cruz is disliked by New York Republicans, both for his extremism and for the fact that he's a sanctimonious hypocrite.

And totally unlike WI, talk radio won't be on his side. Meanwhile, Trump has the big GOP backers and support like Giuliani, Christie (in nearby NJ which has some impact on NY), Paladino, etc. Cruz in the Northeast is probably going to be like Obama in the South: landslide defeats waiting to happen. And for the first time, it's likely that Trump will get MAJORITIES of the vote.

Cruz is.

Let's review.

You said Cruz was a hypocrite because he "Loves the cocktail gay party circuit but hates New York."

How would he deal with these parties AND New York in order to not be a hypocrite?

He shouldn’t be going to fag parties and getting blown over them. Specific enough for you?

I don’t think anyone has cast a ballot quite yet in NY and 2 weeks is a long way to go in political time. Just saying. It will be interesting.

Specific enough for you?

It's a too specific window into your mind.

You still haven't addressed the relationship between gay parties and New York that YOU brought up.

I should have included a preface to my post

A Monmouth University survey released Wednesday shows Trump taking 52 percent support

My post was the fact that in some people eyes Trump would never have enough, if he was at 53& people would say that he couldn't 54% etc etc

Creepy Cruz never specified DeBlasio. He took a shot at all New Yorkers. I hope he pays for that little bit of stupidity. And it did him no good in SC.

Kasich should call for Cruz to drop out now saying he’s just a spoiler now.

That’s funny. You do realize that Ksick still has less delegates than Rubio still has. Makes ya wonder where Kasick money is coming in from to allow him to last so long.

Does anybody know his recent donation numbers?
