Half Cup of Brown Sugar, Quarter of oil, Quarter of Soy Sauce, Quarter of Red Vinegar.
Bury it for 8 hours in the fridge, turn at 4.
Cook high temp 6 min then flip. take it off after another 4.
BTW, these are chicken breasts bought from the market.
