This is a stand-in for a show trial. That's what I think as well. Getting their stories straight. If she committed a crime, she would have been arrested by now, or some one else would have already taken the fall. They will question her and find she did no wrong.

The FBI will surely record all statements made for future reference. When time comes to place under oath, they'll be looking for contradictions. These boyz are smart.
To: Lockbox
They’ll have to have evidence because, as much as I hate her, I know she won’t confess.
Ever watch “48 Hours”? Normally, they know who committed the murder because of previous arguments, etc., but most of the time they have no legal case without a confession. Most perps confess, but Mrs. Bill Clinton won’t.

The interviews would not require any statements under oath, and subjects could decline them. Tokenism.

If it is an on-going indictment I want to see her in shackles and frog marched to a paddy wagon! Never... gonna... happen.

Christie’s kumbaya moment with Ø around the Sandy campfire was vomit-inducing enough for me to swear him off for several lifetimes.

The FBI will surely record all statements made for future reference. Yes... for FBI staff comedy night.

Hey I’m with you I can’t stand the guy but he’s perfect for AG. Regulators are supposed to be nasty tempered and unlikeable. As they always told me when they came for an audit. “We are here to find wrongdoing”.

A third possibility is that someone in the know and complicit in the illegal acts will, under a grant of immunity, turn state’s evidence against Clinton. I presume the FBI is marching up the food chain right now.
To: ScottinVA
I still believe there are good guyz left.

“since she was a big Clinton supporter”
Irrelevant to the question at hand.

1. I'm not a lawyer.
2. A common man would think that 'not under oath' = no lying if your recollection is off.
We were just talking.......
