I just heard on the bottom of the hour news that Trump is saying he misspoke, and that if abortion was illegal, the doctor would be held to account, and the woman would be considered a victim.
IMO, just like Ted Cruz, he is now not leading but rather pandering.
This is terrible.
Abortion is never going to be dealt with, because the left will demagogue, and politicians are not leaders, they are followers.

Rush is describing the “professional” pro-life movement, ie, those who make big bucks “opposing” abortion. He even admits that the intention of these people is NOT to make abortion illegal. Not in his lifetime.
There is no reason whatsoever not to have penalties for those breaking he law, including abortion.
