The bruises on her arm (if that really was her arm) were by the wrist. Lewandowsky ‘grabbed’ near her bicep.
I do not believe he even managed to grab her arm. The video looks like all he had hold of was her jacket and he simply stopped her from proceeding. He did not jerk her back.
She waited three days to file a complaint with the police.
