I even think debate is good between Trumpsters and Cruzers, but the trouble begins when the visceral hatred spills in and some allow their emotions to be taken so far they will refuse to vote in November, thus allowing the commies to win again.

I'd say the trouble begins (began) with name calling, both references to entire groups of supporters and back-and-forth between individuals. Many basic and often heated disagreements exist and that won't change during this primary process. But if the disagreements over candidates and policies could take place without the name calling and personal insults, that would be about all anyone could hope for under the circumstances of this election cycle.
