No. At best you can argue that the abortionist is an accessory to murder, but it is the mother who, in most cases, commits premeditated murder to her own child.

What if you can't, because they are outside your jurisdiction?
What if abortion is illegal in the US, but the woman takes a short flight to Canada, Mexico, Jamaica, etc, and has the abortion there? In such a situation, there is nobody to legally punish BUT the woman.
When abortions are again illegal they will hire undercover entities to do it and go back to jumping off high places and sticking coat hangers into themselves. Will they still be “victims”? Victims of what or whom?
A woman who contracts another to kill her child is a murderer even though she hires another to do it.
If abortion is illegal the providers AND the women should be prosecuted. They’re both breaking the law.

The woman is killing the baby. She goes to a murdering Doctor for the deed. We have severely enforced rape laws. If She opens her legs in a non rape situation this is how God designed procreation. When sperm meets egg in a consensual sexual act, life is created. Let me ask you this. Can the Father now kill the unborn baby? The answer is NO!! Why, then, the mother? I firmly disagree with your suggestion that she has no culpability for the murder of a human. She simply bought an executioner. i.e. THE DOCTOR.
