You seemingly haven’t a clue about how settlements of this nature work. Typically there is an NDA clause affecting both parties about terms of the settlement, often with significant penalties for violation. And if you have to look up NDA, it’s just another sign you haven’t a clue.

Yep - Cruz is attacking people that don't deserve it as he flails about trying to decide if he's going fully to the dark side or make a decision to try to help the Nation, (instead of Ted Cruz) by backing Trump's path to the WH instead of playing pathetic egotistical spoiler with a vendetta that (to him) transcends what happens to the WH.
