Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is threatening to skip CNN's town hall interview Tuesday night over the network's treatment of him.
"Wow, @CNN has nothing but my opponents on their shows," he wrote on Twitter. "Really one-sided and unfair reporting. Maybe I shouldn't do their town-hall tonight!"
Trump and rivals Ted Cruz and John Kasich are scheduled to be interviewed by the network in Wisconsin, one week before the state's primary.
Trump has repeatedly threatened during his campaign to skip big events — and he's followed through at time.

Actually, what I want is a president who refuses to buy into a lousy idea just because it’s accepted or because it’s tradition.
So, yes. I’d prefer that in the general election that the candidate control where and when he debates and not the party.
It’s a matter of using God given intelligence.
One of these joint news conference Q&A’s that goes by the name of ‘debate’ isn’t an emergency. It’s a planned event.
I expect a smart person to be in charge of that and not a pawn of tradition.
You’re an idiot.
See #61.
I also disagree with the philosophy that ‘life is a set-up’.
We have free will.
No Trump knows how to keep the spotlight on Donald Trump. Its called smart.
“Yes, but nobody cared over the last 40 years because he was just being The Donald. Now hes asking to be President of the United States. The bar is a bit higher.”
Good point about the timing but the impressions were made long before his announcement, for many. We heard from them when he announced. Those who could not believe he was running, and would NEVER vote for him right out of the gate, due to some impression he had made on them over the years....
See what I”m getting it? He’s some new unvetted pup on the political stage. There are numerous interviews with him over time where he dabbles in political discussions. He is not new territory, so to speak.

You are almost and crude as the candidate you support.
----
It is strategic - why give exposure to the other candidates when your leading. You act as if these things are mandatory. We only get 2 presidential debates for as long as I can remember. One on domestic and one on foreign policy. These town halls and debates at this stage serve no purpose to the front runner. Clinton is also saying enough is enough - for the same reason - not to give more exposure to the opponent.
His tweet says “CNN has nothing but my opponents on their show”.... Totally false.
When Trump is on, which as I say is several times per week, he does his best to bash “Lyin Ted” and “Little Marco” so he’s doing plenty of attacking.
Look, I’ll vote for him (I think) against Hillary. I’d just wish he’d grow up a bit. I’m tired of the apologists bending over backward for him. His behavior isn’t becoming of a 10 year old, let alone a President.
Other Candidates do call into CNN. I think the only one I haven’t seen is Hillary. And that goes back to when the field was more crowded. CNN states that it’s an open invitation and that anyone can call in or go on. (per Cuomo)
I know he "talks" like a "snowflake"......always bemoaning how "unfair" people/media are to him.
In my old Dad's words as I was growing up..."Nobody ever said life is fair. Suck it up and quit whining like a baby."
“Trump is evolving into a SPECIAL SNOWFLAKE WHO NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED SAFE PLACES where his fragile self can be sheltered”.
Complete bull***. CNN is ANTI_TRUMP all day, non stop, why the hell should he make them money. Would you go to someone’s home that hated you, and bad mouthed you all day. Uh Snowflake?
Just shut up, Donald, you narcissistic gasbag. I heard him on Hannity yesterday afternoon and had to turn it off.
Trump is getting nuked 24/7 by the MSM and the Cruzies and insane never Trumpers count that as “free media” for Trump. LOL.
Free will has nothing to do with it. I believe in free will, but when you walk out that door every day you don't know what life is going to throw at you. You have to ad lib. There are people who choose to stay indoors and pretty much avoid life. I don't want them as President.
>>a set-up?
As opposed to the thing the “we need each other” uniparty is running in D.C.?
I’d like to see somebody hand them their arse.
Is Donald up to it or not?
Of course free will has something to do with it if you’re told that everything is preplanned, ‘a set-up’.
Now, if we go with your definition that set-up means that life’s going to throw different situations at you, then sure, our reaction is evidence of our ability to deal with a variety of circumstances.
I agree with you, if that’s what you meant.
That and the border are the 2 major reasons I’m supporting him. He will blow up the establishment and he will build a wall. And I’m sure he’ll give both a solid effort. He’ll succeed at the wall, and I’ll be satisfied with that, but I’ll cheer every time he knocks off one of the elite.
>>Trump is getting nuked 24/7 by the MSM
Back in June when Trump announced we supported him because of the perception that he’d be a street fighter.
Is he or isn’t he?
“SnivCow” Trump doesn’t like people asking him hard questions. They make him look bad when his soundbites don’t work. Better run away.
These threads always attract the Cruz bedwetters!
