Why is the media making a big deal out of something completely legal?
Forget the media for the moment, if it's a perfectly legal and normal thing to do...why is it being investigated by the FEC?

Because PACs are not supposed to have any contact with the candidate they support. The FEC is investigating whether any one from Cruz’s campaign directed the PAC to give Carly the money.
