Good ear, I didn’t notice that but yes he said pure garbage and tabloid, but never said it was not true then straight into the Trump attack. Obviously well rehearsed and lawyer speak. What is garbage and what is not?
He also went into Trump attacking his family but he could not stop the PAC from making the nude ad, yet Trump controls the Enquirer. He was all over the map.
Trump was awesome and made his case clearly. He said all the things I was wishing he’d say. He emphasized that Cruz/Cruz pac started it all with putting Melania’s GQ pic out there, and then blaming Trump for what is only between the NE and Cruz. Then he went on to talk about how he was right about Brussels and the NYT mocked him.
Yeah I saw that went too the whole thing is so complex it defies a summary

Cruz’s biggest problem is he thinks he is too cute by half. He thinks he is the smartest guy in the room and he may be, but he is not smarter than the collective intelligence of that room or of America.
We see through his lies eventually and now he thinks he has us all fooled when the only one fooled is him. He can blame everyone else, but the only person to blame is himself for this one. Why is this rumor out there and why are there so many signs it was happening. Why is there a $500K payout to Carly?

Summary of Action / Docket sheet in Elliott v. Cruz - PA Sup. Ct. 29 MAP 2016
Not much new since that summary was posted this past Thursday morning. Cruz answered the Applications for Oral argument and for Intervention (somebody else wants to join the case), where Answering the filing is a substantive objection. Plaintiff Elliott filed a "No Answer Letter" to Victor Williams' Application to Intervene.
Whichever way this decision goes, I would expect the loser to petition SCOTUS to take the case. SCOTUS won't take it, I don't think, if the Pennsylvania Supreme Court finds in Cruz's favor by ruling the issue cannot be decided by a court, and SCOTUS would not take it, I don't think, if the Pennsylvania Supreme Court takes it up on the merits and finds Cruz to be NBC. The only way they take the case is if the Pennsylvania Supreme Court finds jurisdiction and rules Cruz is not eligible. I give that (making what I find to be the correct decision) a very low probability.
I, like you, am a Cruz supporter. But I won’t freak out of Trump is the nominee.

There was a lovely lady panelist from The Wall Street Journal, who I didn't recognize, but she was really bright and sharp.
Trump is the biggest baby I’ve ever seen. I’ve seen 2 yr old kids more mature. On “This Week” he kept saying....”well he started it.” Good grief man, get some dignity.
Funny how the moderators went on to state Trump’s close ties to the National Enquirer. At this rate even if Trump is the nominee, he’s not electable. Might as well run my dog, as they’d stand a better chance.

Even Cruz is starting to hedge about supporting Trump. I seriously doubt he will. Would you after this a$$hole has dragged you and your family through the mud? Not a chance.
Trump keeps looking better as time goes. The media and GOP pundits expose themselves as biggest losers. Trump will be triumphant and be a good leader.
She was intelligent but everybody on the panel hated Trump it wasn’t all hate Trump fest just incredible.
