There is absolutely no proof or evidence that Cruz had an affair. At least two of the women have denied it. This is a very nasty smear and I do not believe it.

After all the name calling and insults directed at Cruz, I guess I am no longer surprised that Trump supporters are reveling in this. That is a real shame.

No, the real shame is that as a Texan, you let a “local boy” pull the wool over your eyes. Texans are like AA’s in that they equate residency with quality, and give undying support when the facts suggest otherwise. There are very quick and easy ways for Cruz to cure this problem if it’s untrue as you suggest. Thus far, all he’s seen fit to do is to blame it all on Trump and that’s not going to stick or fix the problem.

While I am a Trump supporter, I am not reveling in this. I am saddened since Cruz was in the beginning my first choice and was hoping for a Trump/Cruz ticket, glad that there were two candidates I liked.

I do not know how much of the NE story is true or how much harm, if any, it will do to Cruz's political career. But it does not look good for him. His statements after the Chicago violence, his obsessive "blame Trump", and his close ties to Beck concern me more than the NE story.
