I am not really shocked by the tattoo thing in an office environment. It's just circumstantial that anything was going on as far as I am concerned. (And I am a Trump supporter).

But as it is, yeah, that one is a tell. People who aren't already flirting or worse don't do that kind of thing. When was the Churchill tattoo? Right after Obama returned the bust of him to the Brits?
