The April 4 edition of The National Enquirer makes damaging claims about Ted Cruz in a bold, above-the-fold headline. But dont be so quick to write it off as another silly claim by a silly tabloid. A political columnist for The Washington Times just backed up the story that Cruz had multiple extramarital affairs.
Yes, the very religious Republican presidential candidate had so many affairs and one-night stands that its over for Pervy Ted, the supermarket tabloid claims.
Cruzs 5 Secret Mistresses! Their Shocking Claims!
Conservative Family Man Evangelical HYPOCRITE!
Claiming unidentified investigators and political operatives as sources, the rag claims Cruz had five extramarital affairs, which include women who worked for his campaign and even a high-priced prostitute.
Randy Ted supposedly had a romp with her in a closet at a Republican state convention.
Its alleged that Ted hooked up with her at the Republican Capitol Hill Club in a private room.
The two were caught getting cozy on the campaign trail.
A very sexy Austin schoolteacher who may have had a fling with Ted after he was appointed Texas Solicitor General.
Ted supposedly had it on with a prostitute.
The Washington Times Drew Johnson says the Enquirer is at least partially correct. He tweeted on March 25 that he personally knows of two of those five affairs.
Even without Johnsons defense of the story, remember that it was this same National Enquirer that had the scoop on John Edwards affair . And that same story crumbled the political campaign of the Democratic presidential wannabe in 2008.
That doesnt mean that this bombshell about Casanova Cruz has guaranteed accuracy, of course. But if the tabloid batted one-thousand on Edwards, then a simple two-out-of-five .400 RBI would carry just as much impact.
Will these new rumors affect Cruzs campaign? A secret source of National Enquirer sure thinks so:
Cruzs image as a Christian Family Man is utterly destroyed.
The U.S. Senator from Texas currently has 465 delegates in the race to gain Republican Party nomination in the 2016 presidential race. Donald Trump has 739. A minimum of 1,237 delegates are needed to gain the nomination before the national convention, and 944 delegates are still open in upcoming primary elections.
So you’re saying that it wasn’t in an accusatory tone?
I can answer your question, but do you want an answer, or do you just want to rage?
Isn’t that Joe they strung out the Edeards scandal? To sell more issues?
One drop at a time.
Seriously, ignore this crap.
It is destroying the reputations of both Trump and Cruz.
Now think about who benefits most.
That will , hopefully, turn on the light bulb in your brains.
LOL.
Since “The Love Cruz” (yes, a Love Boat call out) is hitting the MSM, I am looking to see what Saturday Night Live will do with the Cruz scandal.
On the new “Fantasy Island” starring Ted Cruz, who should play Tattoo?
They is already talking out their...
They’re dropping like flies! 8^)
Cruz called Trump a rat. To me that’s admitting it. He’s blaming Trump for this story, so if it wasn’t true why not call Trump a liar? A rat is someone who spills the beans.
Which implies that Kasich knew this was coming.
That’s cool. Go CNN. I have to say the network has been great this primary compared to Fox News.
Bingo! He has been quiet lately. I would not be surprised if George Soros who also have funded Kasich played a role in all this. Remember the GOPe goal is to kick Ted Cruz and Donald Trump out of the way to place whomever they want.
Little Marco of course.
This is coming out now because Trump is losing in Wisconsin and he knows hell never get to 1237.
...
This is coming out now because a Cruz supporting PAC started up on Trump’s wife. Trump’s a gentleman. He allows his opponents to take the first shot before he knocks them out.
It would come out to $15k an hour for me. And that includes the cigarettes afterwards.
Hypocrisy in evangelical circles? That’s just shocking... Sarcasm
It doesn't change the fact that if Ross Perot er Donald Trump is the nominee- Hillary wins.
