So far, they have lost $32-million and have lower application numbers. Now they are going to lose people who think that going to college is about getting an education. And Illinois has been smart enough to advertise that Missouri students can get Illinois in-state tuition. Wonder where the smart kids are going to go?

Illinois did that? Wow.

State lawmakers cut their funding and applicants are down, so what do they do? Why double down of course.
