Ted Cruz: "Donald, you're a sniveling coward and leave Heidi the hell alone"
This is what I think about the issue:
Cruz needed to reach the 50% mark in Utah. Jeff Roe dreams up the ad and gets Liz Mair to do the dirty work. He knows this will help with the Mormon vote in Utah, but he also knows it will bait Trump to fire back, giving Cruz the chance to be the good guy and defend his wife.
Helps with votes
TRy to make Trump seem small
Helps Cruz appear manly..notice I used the word “appear”
Grabs the news cycle
It’s a win-win at very little cost

I guess I believe you about Beck though I’ve never heard of this. I’m sure if Ted had heard such a comment in his presence, he would’ve said something. IAC, this deals with the fact that the ad had nothing to do with Cruz or any PACs associated with them. So, why did Trump “threaten” Heidi Cruz? However, if you want to go off topic, you’ll recall that Trump lied when he said that Sen. Tom Coburn hated Cruz. Coburn came out & let Trump know that it was completely false. Yet, Trump said the same thing hours later at a rally, knowing it was false.
Ted did no such thing. Enough with the lies already.

Between the two of them, Cruz plays the game very BADLY. Is THIS how Cruz would negotiate with Congress or worse, a foreign leader?

Ted said nothing negative about Melania...nor did any PAC associated with him. You’re just too thick to understand that fact...
What kind of Christian is Ted to get his underlings to attack his opponents wife and then complains if he threatens to hit back?

I didn’t say it broke the law. YOU are the one who earlier said there was no communication between the pro-Cruz PAC and Cruz...and you have been proven wrong. Now you say “the only communication”
Cruz would be proud of your word parsing. The PACS and the candidate they support (in this case CRUZ) DO communicate. Yes, they do.
You are incorrect when you maintain that they don’t. Do you now wish to say that while Cruz was speaking at that event he had no other communication with the PAC? Please say yes,,come on.......
And where pray tell, is Cruz’s words setting up such a culture? He is running an issues based campaign, these attacks are coming from unconnected PACs. So where is the campaign culture? Trump has made many threats to hurt people, egged his supporters to hurt people, and when they do praise them for their commitment.
Me too! It just gives me the creeps when I watch it!
The PAC in question is not a Cruz underling. Enough with the lies already.

What it is showing is the Cruz is the one with no character whatsoever - just like most televangelists.
