Only verified voters are allowed to vote in the way that Cruz accurately reminded his supporters that they could vote. Trump voters could vote the same way, but only if they were verified voters.

Any voting system could be subject to fraud. If fraud was committed it should be documented and prosecuted. But what Bill Still is reporting as fraud directly committed by the Cruz campaign is NOT, and he should issue a retraction and an apology.

My concern is truth. I can take either Trump or Cruz, but when the populace has no regard for truth we won’t survive as a nation, even if we get the guy who is supposed to be the hero.

“You will love Hillary in the White House.”

I won’t but Trump will.

He wants a return on all that money he’s spent over the years to get Clintons elected.

Trump and his good friend George Soros are both advocates of the Clintons “Third Way” and Trumps sons/family can’t benefit from “Third Way” economics with Trump as president but they can with Hillary as president.

There’s no doubt there was cheating. The results were so far out of whack for every poll out there. They were so far out of whack for the results of every other primary or caucus. There was clearly and obviously some kind of huge scam...made all that much clearer because Bernie Sanders won on the Dem side which shows that there was a strong outsider mood...just like the rest of polls and primaries show. And yet Trump hardly gets any of the outsider vote. Someone rigged the vote.

Yes, I’m so sorry you don’t like Hillary. She sure likes you I’m sure. I’m sure she’s gonna take care of you!

Why is Soros funding those nice protestors at Mr. Donald’s rallies?

And why have Soros fund managers Scott Bessent and Stanley Druckenmiller donated more than $400,000 to Kasich’s so-called “soft money” fund, according to records provided by the Federal Elections Commission (FEC). Do you think he wants Kasich to beat that bad awful mean dirty down-low no-good hitler man Trump?

Gee, I’m so confused, maybe you can be a beacon of light in all this Cruz ... uh, I mean Trump darkness?

Thank you for saving the world.

Yes. you’re so concerned about ‘truth’, but you’re ignorant of the bastards that are Romney’s Mormon Mafia. I imagine you think they don’t exist.

Those upstanding Morman wise guys wouldn’t stoop to this would they?

https://www.superstation95.com/index.php/world/1068

“Republicans attending the Utah Election Caucuses on Tuesday were _each_ given hand-fulls of Ballots, “Vote as many times as you want” as shown in the photo above, allowing them to cast as many votes as they pleased! When the time came to place the ballots in a tin can for counting, people walked in the door with “absentee” ballots stuffing several at a time into the ballot box.”

Trump and Soros are good friends so maybe you should ask Trump.

It’s not just some of the talking points it’s every single talking point.

The talking points comparing Cruz to Nixon are most telling since “Watergate” was Hillary’s high point in life and she can’t let it go.

Oh, but it’s not necessary to ask Trump because you are the expert, so everyone can refer to you and your all-seeing, all-knowing vision.

I will follow your prescriptions with 100% compliance. Thank you again for preserving the status quo!

That’s from the same witness as cited in the Bill Still report. This person says he “got his credentials” but then claims that credentials weren’t checked. I don’t understand. As far as handing out a bunch of ballots “like they were napkins”, that would only be a problem if nobody observed when people put the ballot in the can, to see that they only put in one. The issue of nobody watching the counting is an issue; were there observers for both candidates to “true the vote”? And the issue with him going to a different caucus to vote and there not being an ID check is an issue; sounds like he just wandered in. If he gave specifics the claim could be verified, as to whether there was any verification of voter identity.

But Bill Still claimed that it was unlawful to send an absentee ballot to the caucus with somebody else, along with a copy of the voter registration - and that the Cruz camp specifically LIED about that in order to commit fraud. That is simply not true, and if Still is a man of integrity he will retract his report with an apology. Mistakes happen, and a person who makes a mistake and apologizes can only be stoned for it if the person who has never made a mistake throws the first stone.

Oh, right, that would be Trump, who has never had to ask God’s forgiveness for anything... And his followers who rightfully give Melania Trump permission to change her life but withhold the same permission from an actress in a Ted Cruz ad. Etc ad nauseum.

For me this isn’t about Trump or Cruz; it’s about truthfulness. If fraud has happened, it should be documented and prosecuted - as I already said. If lies have been stated in order to slander another person, or if it was a simple mistake, that should also be revealed and those who did it should own up to it and apologize. That’s all I’m asking. Common decency.

Since you disavow reports of open invitations to fraud, maybe you can enlighten on the following:

1. The precise steps for registering to vote and for obtaining a voter ballot in the Utah GOP Caucuses.

2. The precise controls used in verifying and validating Utah GOP voters are properly registered and eligible to vote.

3. How persons are selected and authorized to verify and validate Utah GOP registered voters for the Utah GOP Caucuses.

4. The rules of transparency in counting the votes of Utah GOP Caucus voters.

And should you agree that lax controls were in place for the Utah GOP vote, and you claim that the Cruz campaign knowing the rules months in advance would eschew any invitation to commit fraud, then explain why Romney’s Utah Mormon Mafia would allow the 50% threshold to be at risk, why would they simply stand aside and be vulnerable? Your answer must be they don’t exist and Romney has no such associations. That would put you squarely in the fool category.

I defer all to you. You know all and thank you for saving me the time to have to think for myself.

Yes, Soros is backing Trump 100% and Trump is Hitler, and many think he will bring down America.

Thank you again for your esteemed opinion and commentary.

My answer is what I’ve said twice already: If fraud has been committed it should be documented and prosecuted.

It took one google search to find out that Bill Still’s claim is wildly false. Anybody who knew that Utah changed to a caucus from a primary should have known that.

He should retract the report and apologize.

Not doing so hurts “the cause”. I almost didn’t even look at this story because so many claims against Cruz turn out to be utter bunk. But hey, it allows Trump to use the perjorative “Lyin’ Ted”.

And of course, he doesn’t have to apologize when the truth comes out because he owes nobody - not even God - an apology, ever. And that’s perfectly cool with the Freeper Christians.

Again, this isn’t really about Trump or Cruz. It’s about the truth, and who cares or doesn’t care about the truth.

Yes, Bill Still is such a fraud and liar and the Romney Mormons are angels that walk around with halos. Yes, of course, how could it be otherwise?

it’s about truthfulness.

It isn’t that Liberals are ignorant. It’s just that they know so much that isn’t so.” Ronald Reagan

This same refrain applies to Cruz supporters.

Who said that?

You seem to have a real problem with the whole concept of a person retracting and apologizing when they publish something that is proven to not be true.

It seems to be that in your view - and in the view of a lot of people around here lately - a person is ALL for Cruz or ALL for Trump. No place for anybody who just wants people to think, and for the truth to matter. That’s all I’m asking.

A while back I typed out a response to a guy who had said the things that concern him about Trump but gave the reasons he is assured that Trump is the best choice anyway. My response was that he spoke well, and I agree with his points and God bless him. When I went to post the response I found that I had been gagged.

Sadly, I wasn’t surprised.
