The anger I’m seeing is both unnecessary (I’m planning to vote Trump, even though I prefer Cruz, because Trump can win on a first round ballot and prevent the establishment from pulling a sleazy trick) and counterproductive (I’m hoping the Cruz supporters will also vote Trump).

Please, both sides of the Trump/Cruz wars here on FR, read this thread and those where the other side attacks your candidate, and where your side attacks the other candidate. Ask if what you see would make you want to vote for the other guy if those attacks were directed against your candidate.

Okay, Cruz’s wife is a Seventh Day Adventist, and Romney is a Mormon. After the current occupant of the White House, is either one really so terrible that it’s worth the reaction we see from some posts?

Romney is a weak candidate with limited character, as we knew back before he lost to an already failing Obama. Would you want your candidate to go off message every time a moron who supports him says something annoying/insulting?

Let’s avoid the flame wars that only make Hillary supporters cheer.

but if everybody came on here just to pat the other guy on the back, do you know how stale that would get, and how short a time it would take to get that way...?

The attacks have been against Trump since the first debate when Rupert Murdoch turned Fox over to his two sons Lachlan and James. James has given well over a million to the Clinton Foundation. From Bair’s, Kelly’s, to Wallace’s BS ?’s, Fox was clearly out to KO Trump from the get go. Then Cruz played his official voter game in Iowa along with his lie about Carson. That should have ended things. Then the Super PAC’s of Cruz plus the RNC got involved. We’ll see if things calm down.
