Should be easy for them to waltz right into Europe, get room and board, money, and plan their next attack. Just join the hordes of savages streaming into Europe now.
The US should escalate to WWII rules of engagement, and not allow American fear of civilian casualties to prevent full-engaging of them.
The Nazis and Japanese were atrocious in WWII but even they didn’t use civilians as human shields since they knew that wouldn’t prevent the US from bombing them.
The Somalians (Blackhawk Down) would hold women and children in front of them as human shields and then shoot at American soldiers. Our orders should have been to shoot through whoever was necessary to hit the people doing the shooting. Make that tactic extinct by making it not work for them.
Back in the day, the Baader - Meinhof Red Army Faction, The Red Brigades and the various Abu Nidal PLO terror groups never had more than half that many members and they really did some serious damage terrorizing Europe for most of a decade.

I believe ISIS does not want Trump or Cruz to be president. If they attack the US in the next few months, one of them will be swept into the WH with a mandate to wipe out ISIS at any cost. I think ISIS ill not have attacks here until after the election because the deems will make statements and care a lot and basically do nothing.
