That’s my plan as well. I’ll vote (D) on every down ballot and kick them all the hell out. Or Trump can go third party. We can call it the America First” party. I’d rather go down fighting than let the good old boys pick my candidate.
Without the party apparatus, the GOPe won't have an effective organization in which to collect fees from the standard list of donors. Nor will they be in position to collect tithes given from the Democrats for playing-acting the loyal opposition.
Like a doctor dealing with a triage situation, the GOPe must at all costs eject Trump (and his supporters), otherwise they risk losing all they've built as one of two of the most money grifting operations in existence.
So for all those threatening to leave the party, not vote, vote for a write-in, etc, it simply matters not. The borders are going to remain open, the warfare state will be maintained, demographics/culture are going to be changed, and big money is going to continue to be made from international banking practices.

I'm as pissed as you are, but I'll just stay home. It will be the first election since I've been eligible to vote (1980) that I've missed a single election at any level (municipal, county, state, federal.)
There's just no way I can ever step into a voting booth and vote for a Democrat. I just can't do it.
