I have to agree with you, unfortunately. It's hard to deny at this point. I'm not a member of the "I'm done with Rush" crowd, but I have to say I'm looking forward to the end of the GOP primaries...

To be fair he spent far more time covering Trump before it became clear Trump was actually going to win. Now he’s all Cruz all the time.
Problem is Trump IS news and interesting. Cruz, not so much. Folks either are uninterested or dislike the guy. Stupid move by Rush, it makes for some really boring radio. He’d be better served by hawking his Rush Revere wares.
Me, too. No, I’ll always listen to Rush unless he comes out in support of Hillary, lol. But this is getting tiring. Primaries are awful. And way too long.
Why has Rush started with the shouting loud voice routine that he uses when he wants to emphasize specific talking points?

Boy, is your post spot on. Cruz is a bore that’s the crux of the problem. I had to laugh at the audio of Cruz saying how cops come up to him - in NYC, no less! - to thank him for having their backs. It’s Trump who loves the cops & the military, not Cruz.
NYC will never forgive Cruz for that NY values crap. Never.

Yep. I thought I would give him a try after shutting him off for awhile. If anything, Rush has gone even farther down in my book. Cruz to start this hour. I’m shutting Rush off again.
I’m starting to feel the same about Levin, whose books I’ve read and loved, and whose show I used to religiously tune in for. He’s become insufferable, and I’m not even going to risk my good mood today by hearing how he’s sure to spin the whole Melania / Heidi thing today.
It is sad however to see r Rush go off the rails today. I drove from miami to the keys and never stopped listening for and hour and after 30 minutes it was all too apparent that his usual fair and balacned take on the camping had gone overboard. Something is going on. I just don't know what.
